What can I expect to receive as a Similac® Club member?
As a Similac® Club member, you will receive up to $300 in value† such as coupons and rebate cheques, samples or the equivalent value as well as support and advice. The Similac® Club benefits are sent periodically by email and postal mail.

Who can join the Similac® Club?
Registrations for the Similac® Club are accepted for expectant parents and for babies 0 to 12 months of age.

How can I use a rebate cheque or coupon that I have received?
The rebate cheques are intended to be used like coupons and not a cash transaction. There is a limit of one (1) Similac® discount offer per product purchased.
Typically, the cost of the product will need to be equal or higher than the amount indicated on the discount offer. If the cost of the product is lower than the value of the discount offer, the difference will not be applied to other items on your bill, including other Similac® products. However, if you do purchase multiple Similac® products at once, one discount offer per product is permitted.
Stores may have their own policies. Please speak to the store manager for more information.
What happens if I can't go in-store myself to redeem my discount?
While Similac® discount offers are meant for personal use by Club members and are not intended for resale or transfer, we understand that sometimes you may not be able to be present at the time of purchase. In these situations, we encourage you to speak directly with the store manager or pharmacist who may be able to help. We truly hope that they will consider the circumstances and make an exception. That said, it’s important to know that the final decision to accept the coupon is up to the store. You may also invite them to contact us directly should they require clarification.
Can I combine discounts?
Our discount offers cannot be combined, unless otherwise indicated. Please read the terms of use. There is a limit of one (1) Similac® discount offer per item purchased. What happens if a store refuses to accept my cheque or coupon?
Some retailers may have their own policies, so it is best to refer to the store manager or pharmacist for assistance. The terms of use are printed on the discount offer. Should they require clarifications, you may encourage the retailer to call us directly so we may address their concerns.
A store refused to cash my discount cheque or coupons because the name on it didn't match mine.

I received an expired cheque or coupons in the mail.
The expiration is situated at the bottom left corner of the cheque and coupon. The expiry date is typically 6 months from the issue date. In the event that it has expired, we will gladly replace it for you.
When can I expect to receive my welcome package?
