Your baby’s health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, preparation and storage are important when using infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Use as directed by your health care professional.
DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE:
1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Sterilize equipment: Place washed nipple and ring in boiling water and keep at a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
3. SHAKE BOTTLE WELL; twist off cap.
4. Attach nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
STORAGE: Avoid prolonged exposure of bottles to light. Store unopened at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.

STORAGE: Once mixed, refrigerate bottles immediately; use within 24 hours. Store container under normal room temperature conditions. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place with lid tightly closed. Avoid extreme temperatures. Use contents within 1 month. Do not reuse container.
